How Returns Work
Return eligibility is controlled from product data. If a product is marked returnable, the allowed return days and any product-specific instructions are used while processing return requests.

Open the product page or search on this page. Returnable products show the return window and special policy if available.
Raise A Return Request
After delivery, sign in and open My Orders. Select the item, choose the return reason, and upload photos if requested.
Approval And Pickup
Our team validates the request against the product return window. Approved returns are scheduled for pickup or return shipping instructions are shared.
Refund Or Replacement
Refunds are processed after the item is received and verified. Bank or payment gateway processing may take additional time.
General Conditions
- Items should be unused, undamaged, and packed safely with original accessories where applicable.
- Custom, made-to-order, fragile, hygiene-sensitive, or clearly marked non-returnable products may not be eligible.
- Damage, missing item, or wrong item cases should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
- Final eligibility depends on product policy, delivery status, return window, and item verification.
