jalkriti offers a 7-day return policy on most products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at support@jalkriti.com. We will arrange a free return pickup and full refund or replacement.

Since natural shells have inherent variations in colour, texture and size (which is part of their natural beauty), returns on the basis of such natural variation are not accepted. However, if the product significantly differs from its description, we will make it right.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI).
